The price for Casa 1, (without pool) is £250 for two, plus £35 per person up to a maximum of eight people per seven nights.

Extra nights can be arranged and are charged on a pro rata basis.

A discount of 10% will be offered for all bookings of 14 nights or more.

Bed linen & bath towels are changed weekly.

NB:Booking rate over Christmas & New Year will be £750 for up to eight people.
 
Casa 2 Prices- from £400 per week.
Number 7 Princessa Teguise Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote


The price for Casa 2, (with swimming pool) is £400 for two, plus £50 per person up to a maximum of six people per seven nights.

Extra nights can be arranged and are charged on a pro rata basis.

A discount of 10% will be offered for all bookings of 14 nights or more.

Bed linen & bath towels are changed weekly.

NB:Booking rate over Christmas & New Year will be £1000 for up to six people.
Transfers

Collection from Arricife Airport to either Villa can be arranged for a fee of £35. This will be for four people. Our agent will collect you from the Airport and see you to the house, and collect you and return you to the airport at the end of your stay.

Each car is limited to four passengers, but for larger groups additional transport can be arranged.
