Casa 1 Prices - from £250 per week.

The price for Casa 1:-

December - February (Excluding christmas and New Year) is £250 for two, plus £35 per person.

March - April and October - November is £ 300 for two, plus £40 per person.

May - September is £350 for up to three people plus £40 per person.

Christmas and New Year is £ 550 up to six people, price includes the use of the hot tub.

Hot Tub charges are an extrta £50 per week with the exception of the Christmas and New year period at which time as stated it is fully incuded.

Casa 2 Prices- from £400 per week.
Number 7 Princessa Teguise Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

The price for Casa 2, (with swimming pool

October - April is £ 440.00 for two plus £50 per person.

May - September is £ 500.00 for up to three people plus £ 55.00 per person.

Christmas and New Year is £700 for up six people.

Prices are for seven nights, extra nights can be arranged and are charged on a pro rata basis.

As we really appreciate our regular clients we continue to offer a loyalty discount of 10%

Bookings of two weeks or more also carry a discount of 10 %.

Please note that the use of air condtiioning is metered at approx 1 euro per hour.

Bed linen & bath towels are changed every seven days .

Transfers

Transfers can be arranged although our best advice would be to arrange privately with last minute.com/transfers via the internet.
